Another great experience is to see Sydney Harbour and the surrounds by seaplane. This is something you remember forever, so we encourage you to try something quite different and special.

There are few places in the world you can experience flying in a seaplane so take the opportunity whilst you can.

All flights depart from Rose Bay, which is easily reached by 1O min ferry journey from Circular Quay.

Choose from the following options (all are charter flights operating with a minimum of 2 people):

Restaurants

Included in the price : return seaplane flight and three course lunch (excluding drinks). The return journey will take in views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and the Sydney Bridge before landing at Rose Bay.

THE COTTAGE POINT INN — This is one of Sydney's best kept secrets - Cottage Point Inn, 15mins flight from Sydney. Following the coastline from the Harbour along Sydney's Northern Beaches, your flight will then turn inland and fly over the majestic Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park and Hawkesbury River. The aircraft will set down on the tranquil waters of Cowan Creek where you will disembark from your flight at the restaurant's private wharf. Relax amid the sights and sounds of the Australian bushland and birdlife with views of the Hawkesbury River.

ATS BITE — Flying from Rose Bay through the Sydney Heads and along the beautiful Northern Beaches to Peats Bite Restaurant on the Hawkesbury River (approx 2Omins flight). Marvel at the sparkling waters of Pittwater, a yachtsman's paradise, and enjoy views of Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park before setting down at Sunny Corner, the location of Peats Bite Restaurant. The aircraft lands at the restaurant's own wharf which is only accessible by boat or seaplane. Peats Bite is in another world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is nestled into the shore of the Hawkesbury and provides great food in a casual relaxed atmosphere with a superb outlook. A Peats Bite specialty is the entrée of mixed platters served banquet style. Local oysters and seafood feature in the entrée with the main course being Modern Australian in style. Main courses range from fish to game.

JONAH’S — A flight duration of approximately 15 minutes will take you from Rose Bay to Palm Beach. On the way you will fly over some of Sydney's most famous beaches including Manly, Dee Why, Freshwater, Newport and Avalon to arrive at Palm Beach.On arrival at Palm Beach there is a short boat tender service from the aircraft to Palm Beach Public Wharf where you will be met by a member of staff from Jonah's for the courtesy car transfer to the restaurant. Jonah's, one of Sydney's longest established restaurants, is set upon the clifftop overlooking Whale Beach, truly one of Sydney's most spectacular outlooks. The food is a highlight with contemporary Mediterranean flavours and a constantly changing menu offering the freshest ingredients.

GOURMET PICNIC — This is the perfect escape from Sydney! The flight from Rose Bay along the Northern Beaches will show you some of Sydney's best beaches such as Queenscliff, Curl Curl, Dee Why and the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park.You are dropped at a secluded beach with a Gourmet Picnic and a bottle of Australian white wine. Here you are left in peace and seclusion for three hours. Swimming at this delightful location is recommended. Towel, hat and sunscreen are essential on hot days. Package includes return seaplane flight, gourmet picnic, bottled water and a bottle of Australian white wine.
