Day 1

Sydney

Arrive into Sydney and transfer to your hotel – the rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city at your own pace. In the early evening, why not take a Captain Cook Harbour Dinner Cruise past the main attractions, including the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge? Dine on contemporary Australian cuisine and enjoy seeing the sights from a unique perspective (own expense).

Day 2

Sydney

Enjoy a morning at leisure then board the Captain Cook cruise for lunch on Sydney harbour. After, get on a coach to see the city attractions with your guide - you will travel through the historic Rocks district which offers great views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, before heading to Chinatown and its bustling ambience. Afterwards, visit Mrs Macquarie’s Chair in the Royal Botanic Gardens and continue on to the entrance of the Sydney Harbour, known as the Gap, where you’ll be treated to amazing views of the coastline. Your final destination of the tour is Bondi Beach where you can walk along the shore and dip your toes in the refreshing waters. Head back to the city to dine in the heart of the city at the Sydney Tower Restaurant for a delicious buffet dinner.

Day 3

Hunter Valley

This morning, visit the Hunter Valley for a tour of the food and winery in the region and testings of the produce. At the Hunter Resort, dine on a two course lunch with complemented, specially chosen wines, before your final stop at the Hunter Valley Gardens Village for a chance to wander and do a spot of shopping in this quaint little township. You will also get the opportunity to go for a tasting at the Hunter Valley Cellars.

Day 4

Sydney

Transfer to the airport after breakfast for your onward flight.
