Day 1

Cairns

Once you’ve arrived in Cairns, transfer to your resort by private car. In the afternoon, you will meet with your Travel director and your fellow travellers to enjoy a lovely welcome reception and dinner whilst overlooking the sparkling Coral Sea at a gorgeous beachfront restaurant.

Day 2

Daintree Rainforest

Day two gets to an exciting start with an exclusive journey through the Daintree rainforest with an Aboriginal guide. This is a fantastic way to learn about the cultural traditions, including discovering ancient medicines and sampling some of them. Lunch will be enjoyed in the rainforest, before an afternoon and evening at your leisure.

Day 3

Great Barrier Reef

Today you will discover the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef on a wonderful cruise, which will take you secluded outer reef dive sights. Plunge into the water and you’ll be sure to find vibrant coral formations and a plethora of tropical marine life. Tuck into a tasty tropical lunch on board the boat and spend your time snorkelling and diving at your leisure.

Day 4

Cairns - Uluru & Kata Tjuta

The day will begin with a short flight from Cairns to Alice Springs, where this afternoon you will join your tour director for a guided walk through Walpa Gorge. In the evening, you will be treated nibbles and a glass of cold sparkling wine while you watch Uluru change colours as the sun sets.

Day 5

Uluru

Wake up early to experience the renowned Field of Light, where 50,000 glass spheres have been installed within sight of Uluru. Wander through the paths as the sun rises over Uluru. After breakfast you have the opportunity to walk around part of the base of Uluru and visit Mutitjulu Waterhole. Then it is off to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre for an insight into the history of the local Anangu people.

In the evening, you will be treated to a bush dinner under the sparkling outback sky at the award-winning Sounds of Silence Dinner.

Day 6

Uluru - Kings Canyon

Experience the magic of the sunrise over Uluru before returning back to the hotel for breakfast, before departing towards Kings Canyon. At lunch time, you will visit Curtin Springs Station, which has been home to the Severin family since 1956. Here you’ll enjoy a tasty BBQ with a local, learning about the Severin family and the logistics of running a million-acre cattle property as you tuck into Aussie favourites.

In the evening enjoy a delicious dinner at Carmichael's Restaurant.

Day 7

Kings Canyon

At sunrise for a 6km rim walk of the impressive Kings Canyon, passing the breath-taking domed ‘Lost City’ and the stunning Cotterill’s Lookout. Those wanting something a little easier can take the shorter walk along the canyon creek bed.

Enjoy a local dining experience this evening, an outback bus barbecue under the stars.

Day 8

Alice Springs - Sydney

This morning visit the School of the Air which is a crucial service providing education to children living in remote communities, followed by a visit to the Royal Flying Doctor Service, which provides a lifeline of medical support to those living also living in the outback. This afternoon board your flight to Sydney, where you'll have time to nibble on canapes and drink in the views of Walsh Bay.

Day 9

Blue Mountains

Today is your chance to really take in the fresh air with a trip to World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. On your journey, you’ll pass some incredible sights, including the Three Sisters at Echo Point and Govett’s Leap Lookout with a view of the wonderful Bridal Veil Falls.

Your travel director will take you off the beaten track, journeying to secluded lookouts where you’ll be the only ones there. Once you’ve arrived at your hotel in the afternoon, you’ll have plenty of time to relax, dining on a sumptuous meal created with produce sourced from local Blue Mountains suppliers.

Day 10

Hunter Valley

Day 10 will be spent in the picturesque wine region Hunter Valley, and it’ll be a day full of delicious food, fine wines and remarkable scenery. Spend your time wandering around boutique vineyards, enjoying private wine tastings and treating yourself to a flavoursome lunch before spending the afternoon doing whatever you wish. Read a book in your private courtyard at the resort before dinner.

Day 11

Sydney

Sailing on Sydney Harbour is on the agenda this afternoon. Board an America’s Cup yacht and have a go at taking the helm, or maybe even work the grinders. You could of course just sit back and relax as you marvel at Sydney’s greatest attractions sailing past, including Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and small coves adorned with multimillion dollar waterfront homes. This evening is free for you to explore Sydney.

Day 12

Sydney

Today is all about city sightseeing. From the famous Eastern Suburbs, to the pretty coastal walk offering beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean – you won’t want to forget your camera today. You’ll also enjoy a VIP guided tour of the Sydney Opera House, before tucking in to a a memorable celebration dinner at Peter Gilmore's iconic Bennelong in the sails of the Sydney Opera House for one last hurrah with your travel director and fellow travellers.

Day 13

Sydney

After breakfast your tour will end, and you will be transferred to Sydney Airport for your onward flight.
