Day 1 - 3

Sydney

Arrive into Sydney and spend 3 nights exploring the city. Make the most of this vibrant and sunny city with a wander to the Sydney Opera House and the famous Harbour bridge, take a break in one of the many cafés then continue on to stroll through the beautiful historic Rocks area and Circular Quay.

Sydney

Transfer to the cruise port to embark on the 6:00pm departure of the Norwegian Jewel.

Milford Sound, New Zealand

Acclaimed as New Zealand’s most famous destination, Milford Sound is a fusion of spectacular natural features with breathtaking visual cues around every corner. Cruises, both during the day and at night time are an excellent way to experience the Sound.

Day 8

Dunedin (Port Chalmers)

Dunedin, home to the rare, yellow-eyed penguins, fur seals and Royal Albatross – plenty of natural beauties in this dramatic coastal town with a fascinating history and enjoyable architecture from the Victorian and Edwardian era during its gold rush town days. Explore the stunning castle and its sweeping views from the famous gardens.

Day 9

Lyttelton. New Zealand

Lyttelton is a charming port town with a long history, just 20 minutes from the centre of Christchurch city. It's a vibrant town, home to a small community of 3,000 residents is filled with bohemian artists, cafés, restaurants and unique shops to discover.

Day 10

Marlborough (Picton), New Zealand

Embark at 8:00am into Marlborough. This picturesque port town is home to great cafés, restaurants, galleries and speciality shops. Picton is the South Island base for the ferry service that links the main islands of New Zealand and the heart of Marlborough Sounds.

Day 11

Wellington, New Zealand

Arrive early morning into Wellington where you can enjoy its Victorian history and gothic style architecture. Ride the cable car into the mountain to enjoy superb views of the city or head down to the beach and enjoy the sea breeze. The shopping here is plentiful so great to have a wander around the arts, crafts, jewellery, fine wools and leather goods on offer. If you’d like to learn more about the Maori’s then a day trip can be arranged taking you through Te Papa Tongarewa – the national museum of New Zealand where many Maori treasures are displayed or head to the botanical gardens and the city’s former cathedral.

Day 12

Napier, New Zealand

Today embark at 10:30am into the Art Deco capital of the world, if you enjoy wine tasting then this is the perfect place to go out into the countryside and tour the superb wineries, visiting a boutique winery and a private home sitting back with a glass of wine or if you prefer take a stroll down the Marine Parade, with its tree-lined ocean boulevard, fountains and gardens it’s an enjoyable place to enjoy the ambience.

Day 13

Tauranga, New Zealand

Go walk about and explore Tauranga, set on the beautiful Bay of Plenty. There are many things to do in Tauranga – head to the beach or discover Tauranga’s lovely parks and rich history. Or go dolphin watching and soak up the stunning coastal environment.

Day 14

Whangarei, New Zealand

A thriving city with a vibrant arts community, once the largest fortified village in New Zealand. Quayside at the town basin is a sophisticated yet leisurely centre for eating and entertainment. Modern landscaping blends perfectly with colonial architecture to create a gathering place for locals, visitors and yachties from all over the world.

Auckland, New Zealand

Auckland is a nature lover’s paradise – surrounded by tranquil golden beaches, lush forests and dramatic coastal trails. It is the country’s largest city and main transport hub. Make sure you stop and enjoy shopping, dining and natural wonders Auckland has to offer!
